Our boards are created from 100% food safe materials. Our epoxy is approved for both food presentation and food preperation. After final sanding down to 2000 grit, our boards are finished with 3 coats of food safe oil finish that will not dry out after just a couple uses. Under normal kitchen use these boards will last a lifetime. Never in the dishwasher and never fully submerged in water. After use, lightly clean and rinse with water and dry with a clean towel.
